2. Service Description

SmartAppEngine is a no-code platform that allows you to:

• Create Android and iOS mobile applications from websites
• Customize the appearance and functionality of applications
• Generate APK, AAB and IPA files for publishing
• Manage push notifications via Firebase

3. Registration and Account

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities performed under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Creating applications containing illegal, defamatory or offensive content
• Violate the intellectual property rights of third parties
• Distribute malware or viruses
• Impersonate any person or organization
• Circumvent security measures or service restrictions
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload (logos, images, texts). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5.2 Our Platform

SmartAppEngine, its logos, source code and features are our exclusive property. You are not authorized to copy, modify or distribute our platform.

6. App Store Publication

Generated applications are subject to the policies of:

• Google Play Store for Android applications
• Apple App Store for iOS applications

You are solely responsible for the compliance of your applications with these policies. SmartAppEngine does not guarantee the acceptance of your applications by these platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartAppEngine is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

8. Pricing and Payment

Some SmartAppEngine features may require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our website and may be changed with 30 days' notice. Payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms, without notice or refund.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you by email. Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
